Over $11,000.00 was spent on hose 2000 feet of 5 inch quick connect hose, that can lay a line from our dry hydrant on Foote Pond into the Footesite area. That is like laying a temporary water main to deliver water to a fire. We also purchased 1150 feet of inch and 3/4 line used for attack in house fires. These funds came from the 2002 FEMA grant and the townships match.
