FireWise Program
The FireWise program is a cooperative effort between the Oscoda Fire Department and the US Forest Service. The programs mission is to help homeowners make their homes safer in the event of wildfire. We in the startup phase of this effort. We would like to come to your group or club and give a presentation to explain our mission. We meet with the Lakewood Shores Property Owners Association. There was 71 people in attendance we appreciate the chance to present our program. We will continue to organize meetings and advance this program.
